Although the twins are not quite 6 months old, I talk to them constantly. I love the way their eyes light up and they smile it just hearing my voice. Yes, I know they don’t understand a word, but we have long unreciprocated conversations nevertheless!
So… what kind of things do I find myself saying to twins, that I didn’t say with my singleton?
“One of you smells!”
“Girls, Stop eating each other!”
“Look it’s not fair to be sick in each others hair!”
“LET GO OF HER HAIR!”
“Well if you put your hand in her mouth, you can’t expect her not to bite you!”
“That’s not your foot!”
“Whoops wrong baby!”
Obviously there are more and I expect there will be many more twin-specific rhetoric conversations yet to come! I’ll post some more soon!
